Returns & Exchange Policy

At Varahi Varnam Silks, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the delicate and premium nature of silk products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Request Timeline

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Conditions for Approval

The item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Have original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Products with fall and pico completed.
  • Blouse-stitched sarees.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling.
  • Minor color variations resulting from screen settings.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
